Former RTE 2FM presenter, Barry Lang is getting ready to hop back into the studio again, stick the headphones on and crank out some links!
After working as a captain with Emirates in Dubai for the past couple of decades, he has found a new role with Classic Hits in Ireland.
We spoke with Barry yesterday and, you'll be glad to know, the voice is as velvet as ever (must have been all of those passenger announcements before take off!)

One questions we wanted to ask was - "What will this new future hold?" -
"I don't have any preconceived ideas of where my re-discovered career is going to go. I don't mind. If it remains at the weekends, that's OK with me. If it goes five days a week, that's OK with me too. I have the luxury at the moment of not having to be concerned too much about that. I think there will be some opportunities at the moment and I can wait until they come along. No hard set plan at the moment...we'll just wait and see."
