A question we ask presenters is this: "What are you prepared to do...and not do?"
Chris Ash was prepared to move as he searched for the big gig.
The past few years he has spent onair time in Saskatchewan, Northern Alberta, Central Ontario...and now....the BIG Leagues!
Chris has become part of the team at the (just launched) 94.3 NOW Radio in Winnipeg...and we couldn't be happier for him.
It's the chance he has been working for.
His plan worked!
Ask yourself:
* What am I willing to do?
* What am I NOT willing to do?
Both questions are very important as you set the next few years in place.
Radio stations have a plan and so should you.
