Today, thanks to Kyle & Jackie O at KIIS in Sydney, we get proof that if you're good enough - age is no issue.
The duo has just ramped up the highest ever ratings for their morning show. That's after 20 years on air together. Not only is that something that they can proudly talk about - the whole industry is congratulating them! Imagine your bitter rivals saying "Well done" because you beat them!
SCA boss Dave Cameron said “Congratulations to them, because it’s a great show, and [it’s] achieving its best result ever.”
Paul Jackson, main programming head at Nova said “The KIIS numbers today, that is extraordinary. You can only say ‘Wow’ and ‘Well done.”
Yesterday we asked if radio is a young person's game? Today, we got our (expected) answer!
