Sounds like a bit of a threat, doesn't it?
Not meant to be.
So, why DO we "hold you accountable?"
It's not because we're control freaks.
We do it because it's very easy (after changing a habit) to fall back into old ways.
People are naturally programmed to resist change.
* We're creatures of habit.
* The old ways are 'comfortable'.
* Then there are concerns: "Can I do it?" It's easier to not try.
SO...when change happens, we need help in maintaining that change.
THAT is what we mean by "hold you accountable".
It's a good thing :)
Some of the people we have held accountable this year are now working as PDs and Presenters in Ireland, the UK Canada and the States.
It takes some nerve to want to change and then actually DO something about it.
But BOY...it's worth it!!
