Last week, Tracey wrote a piece on this blog about how Covid has changed our way of presenting radio.
Carrying on from that, with Covid restrictions easing in the UK, Ireland and other parts of the world...the old maxim rings true: the listener comes first.
Look at it this way: During Covid's peak, when everything was shut and the world sat locked inside, your listener's needs changed...and you adapted. You concentrated on what was important in their life. Radio changed. Our delivery and content changed. In fact, Covid is responsible for a whole new style of radio presentation. It did more to revolutionise radio in one year than a thousand consultants or CEOs ever did.
And it's doing it again...Your listener's needs are changing once more.
You need to reflect that today.
