What would you do with...Total freedom on air?
We hear presenters say "The music is repetitive", "The PD doesn't know what's going on", "If I was in charge..."
Well, imagine you ARE and you have total freedom.
What would you do?
Remembering radio is a business and if you bottom out in the ratings, the mortgage payments will suffer!
* Do you go crazy and throw caution to the wind?
* Do you go halfway and dip your toe in the water to see how it feels?
* Do you change very little, after all if it ain't broke...!
