A few years ago, I was hired by 98FM to work alongside Adrian Kennedy and Jeremy Dixon on the show 'Dublin Talks'.
It turned out to be one of the most challenging, rewarding, and fun times in my coaching life.
The two guys have such an intimate knowledge of radio...and their audience.
Jeremy has such a sharp brian and understands 100% how to market himself to this listener and skillfully tease them into listening.
Adrian is the consummate pro...able to walk to the line and pull away before falling over. Completely in control of the medium.
They have chemistry and an understanding that comes with experience and the graft that comes from honing a natural talent.
Our time together brought the show back to Number One in the Dublin ratings.
Today was its last day and from where I sit, that's a shame.
But I look forward to hearing where the chaps end up next.
