Crash the Vocals!

Huey Lewis 'The Power of Love' starts playing.

The presenter, speaking Maltese, rides the intro. Up to the vocals and then....crashes the vocals....and continues to crash the vocals! It was a bloodbath!!

This was Monday, after randomly picking an FM station on the kitchen radio. 

You want to know the weird thing?

After shouting at the radio for him to "Stop talking!!", we continued to listen. At first, it was to see how else he could damage the format.

Then, something happened. 

The presenter continued to present. Sometimes sloppily, sometimes very well.

I ended up listening for over an hour...and probably will again.

Why? Because he obviously loved what he was doing and loved the music he was playing. Even though I'm no expert in Maltese, his enthusiasm poured out of the speakers.

Funny eh? But as the expression goes: 

"People are attracted, not always to what you do....but why you do it".
