Do you listen to other presenters? What about their airchecks? You can obviouslty learn a lot from how others sound...but what about how they look?
I'm not talking about their clothes!
Tracey Lee regularly posts video airchecks from presenters around the world, both current and from the past. Actually seeing the person in studio using body language, facial expressions, hand gestures, mic technique teaches so much.
You can see what you like and what you feel you could try emulate. Never copy but definitely learn from others.
