Have you ever gone close to NOT chasing your dream? Close to giving up? When you know there's another level. You just know! And you might regret not doing this? Then...something jumps in front of you and stops you! Stops you from stopping yourself!
That's what we deal with every day and that's the joy for us - helping people realise their ambition and getting to that level. The one they dreamed about. The one everyone else told them they were "crazy" to go for.
Yeah, you might be a little bit crazy but it's GOOD crazy! It's the 'crazy' you need to succeed at something and then want to work hard at that success.
That's when it tastes best.
So, be crazy. But don't give up. Not if you really believe you have another level to get to.
One of our people almost gave up last week and yesterday got the call to say "The job is yours".
The previous day, she was THIS close to saying "I give up".
That would really have been crazy!
